Monet and Jared January 11th

The best wedding advice I have is to make your wedding reflect you. Play your favorite songs, indulge your guests in your favorite treats, if you ♥ tulips incorporate them not only in your bouquets but also your stationary, your jewelry, your wedding colors .If your passionate about ballroom dancing treat your guests to a performance by you and your new hubby.

So....back to Monet and Jared
they have taken this idea to a new level

Monet, who is an aspiring fashion designer, designed not only her wedding gown, but all of the wedding party's attire! In the spirit of debuting her latest designs she orchestrated a runway show with her wedding party walking the runway. The wedding party all had fabric/zipper boutonnières and bouquets (created by Monet). Monet and Jared walked down the aisle to Kings and Queens of Promise by 30 Seconds From Mars and Jared and Jared made a delectable feast for the guests and then they partied like it was 1/11/2011! It was really a fun/beautiful/unique wedding which their guests will never forget.

Isn't that what YOU want?
Your wedding to stand out among the crowd.

David Perry Films was the videographer for Monet and Jared and showed a clip of his video on the television show Bride Access last Sunday. Click on the names below to view the clip.

{10} ideas I'm ♥'ing right now

{1}old cars, especially if the paint is chipping and there is some good rust. snagged from Style Me Pretty blog
{2}adding an element of interest by using old dressers, desks, buffet tables as a cake table, book table, decor table. {I know a person who rents these out for events, ask me about her} Style me Pretty blog
{3}making your wedding unique to you. As a thank you to guests this couple gave away apple butter which they made and canned together. what a sweet personal touch. Ruffled
{4}a better spin on the photo booth. rent a few Polaroids and let your guests have a ball dressing up in old wraps, hats, glasses and taking pictures for your guest book. Style Me Pretty blog

{5}engagement photos that have the vintage feel. from Postcards and Pretties blog
{6}I am mildly obsessed with hen and chicks. They add great texture, color, and interest to any arrangement. luv luv luv these! Style me Pretty
{7}The vintage veil and mink shawl is oooooh-so romantic. ♥'ing it. from Style Me Pretty blog.

{8}flowers set in old bottles of varying height and color. Ruffled blog
{9}stepping away from traditional flowers which don't last as long and can be expensive and using feathers, buttons, fabric, newspaper, whatever floats your boat. Ruffled
{10} so many things I ♥ about this desert wedding. picnic blankets are set up for guests to relax under tress and a tent with a big screen movie playing inside as the sun goes down. mmmmmhhhhhh that sound nice. snagged from Green Wedding Shoes blog
